🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Six Sigma & Process Excellence Coach at Ford India, you will:
- Lead the Six Sigma deployment across the IMG Manufacturing operations.
- Facilitate Six Sigma culture transformation through training, mentoring, and project execution.

- Coordinate with global teams on quality alignment and performance improvements.
- Organize and lead Kaizen workshops and Lean initiatives.
- Ensure 100% GSR and Team Leader Green Belt certification in assigned regions.
- Drive measurable cost reduction, quality improvements, and productivity gains.
- Promote Six Sigma adoption among suppliers and internal stakeholders.
🛠 Required Skills & Expertise
