🎯 Key Responsibilities
As Associate Director – SAP Commerce / SAP Hybris at Deloitte India, you will:
- Lead full-cycle SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris implementations and integrations.
- Architect and manage Hybris Order Management, Data Hub, and end-to-end customization.
- Drive seamless integration with SAP Marketing Cloud, C4C, and Backoffice systems.
- Guide teams across frontend and backend technologies like Java, Spring, Hibernate, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for scalable eCommerce delivery.
- Oversee solution architecture, performance optimization, and code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.
- Mentor and lead development teams on best practices, standards, and SAP Hybris roadmap evolution.
🛠️ Technical Skills & Tools
- SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud: Deep expertise in core, B2C/B2B accelerators, promotions, vouchers, WCMS, Cockpit, SOLR.
- Integration Experience: OCC Web services, Data Hub, SAP Marketing, C4C.
- Programming Languages: Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, X/HTML.
- Build & Source Control: Maven, Ant, GIT, SVN.
- Search & ORM Tools: SOLR, Hybris ORM.
- Project Management: Hands-on experience managing large-scale Hybris projects (7+ full-cycle implementations).
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 Hybris project implementations.
- SAP Commerce Cloud certifications preferred.
