🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate with Data Center HQ teams to align local infrastructure activities with global IT standards.
• Oversee user access management, account creation, and permission control across systems.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, domain controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and DNS configurations.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, patches, and system maintenance windows.
• Document all infrastructure changes, incidents, and configurations accurately.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues, escalating when required.
• Conduct infrastructure audits and support IT compliance and risk assessments.
• Ensure network service reliability and performance monitoring using standard IT tools.
• Stay updated on emerging IT infrastructure trends and tools to improve efficiency.

💡 Required Skills & Tools

• Strong expertise in:
  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
  • Network security protocols
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, cloud services, and data center management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and incident documentation habits
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and security platforms

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
• Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
