Deloitte India is hiring a Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SF ONB) for its Human Capital (HC) – Human Resource Transformation (HRT) practice in Mumbai. This is a prime opportunity for SuccessFactors-certified professionals with expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding, and SAP integrations to join a global leader in digital HR transformation. As a key team member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, you will be involved in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, supporting global clients across regions including India, USA, and the Middle East.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🚀 SAP SuccessFactors Implementation

• Lead and support end-to-end SuccessFactors Onboarding (SF ONB) implementations in global enterprise environments.
• Configure modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, RMK (Career Site), and Employee Central (EC).
• Build and auto-populate custom joining forms, preboarding flows, and integrated data connections.

👥 Project Leadership & Client Interaction

• Act as a functional lead or support consultant across 2–3 SuccessFactors projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.
• Participate in design, playback, UAT workshops, and provide production/warranty support.

📊 Data Migration & Localization

• Handle data templates, transformation, validation, and data load for RCM/ONB migration.
• Implement localized onboarding processes for India, the USA, and the Middle East.

📋 Reporting & Rule Configuration

• Configure standard and custom business rules, reports, and system notifications.
• Ensure integration and seamless data flow between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.

🎯 Required Skills & Expertise

• 7–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting & Onboarding).
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end implementations with lead or support consultant roles.
• Strong configuration expertise in:
  • Recruiting (e.g., requisition templates, candidate management, interview processes)
  • Onboarding 2.0 (including preboarding and custom form setup)
  • RMK and EC integration
• Proficiency in business rules, notifications, custom forms, and standard reporting.
• Familiarity with data migration workflows and tools for RCM modules.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Active SuccessFactors certifications in Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and/or Employee Central.
• Hands-on experience working in consulting environments with global clients.
• Strong understanding of HR process design, personas, and transformation methodology.
