🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials at Deloitte, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Oracle Fusion Financials implementations for global clients.
- Configuring modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Budgeting.
- Conducting business process analysis and gathering functional requirements.
- Designing scalable finance solutions using Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Coordinating UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities.
- Driving end-to-end solution design including integrations and reporting.
- Providing support for Oracle upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts.
- Mentoring junior consultants and reviewing deliverables for quality assurance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Preparing functional design documents, training materials, and test scripts.
🛠 Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP.
- Proficiency in Oracle modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax.
- Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations (at least 2-3 full cycles).
- Familiarity with Oracle PaaS extensions and integration tools.
- Understanding of finance processes, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in working in agile, onshore-offshore delivery models.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certification in Oracle Cloud Financials (preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Financials with 2+ years in Fusion Cloud.
- Experience working in consulting, preferably with Big 4 or top-tier firms.
