Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Workday Analyst in Deloitte’s HR Transformation team, you will:
- Lead Workday implementation projects, focusing on HR modules including Core HCM, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
- Analyze and document HR business processes and system requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design and configure Workday solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support system testing, data migration, and user training to ensure seamless Workday deployment.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide timely solutions to maintain system efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and insights.
- Assist in driving continuous improvements in HR technology strategies and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday releases, features, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte’s quality standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Workday Analyst or similar role within HR Transformation.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and HRIS systems.
- Experience in Workday configuration, business process mapping, and testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Certification in Workday HCM or relevant Workday modules is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, India.
