Key Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, your role will include:

• Leading end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules across multiple projects (minimum 3-4 full-cycle implementations).
• Configuring and customizing SAP Finance & Controlling modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Project Systems.
• Integrating SAP FICO with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Project Systems (PS).
• Managing Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) components such as Banking and Receivables.
• Collaborating closely with clients to analyze business processes and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
• Providing expert guidance on SAP best practices, compliance, and financial process improvements.
• Preparing detailed documentation, training materials, and conducting client workshops.
• Supporting pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations.
• Mentoring junior consultants and participating in team knowledge sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise with SAP FICO module configuration, integration, and support.
• Practical experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and modules like MM, SD, PS for seamless integration.
• Familiarity with Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) functions.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements (short and long-term).

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance/Cost Accounting preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, preferably in FICO.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
• SAP FICO certification is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel across multiple locations such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, and Chennai.
