Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution and finishing activities for real estate construction projects.
• Conduct precise Mivan shuttering inspections including line, level, and plumb checks.
• Oversee waterproofing execution and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with MEP teams and other contractors to ensure seamless project flow.
• Handle billing certification for all vendors, including verification and approval.
• Manage work order (WO) amendments and material selection processes.
• Conduct regular meetings with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
• Control and maintain project documentation, including drawings, SOPs, and progress reports.
• Verify estimated quantities for billing and manpower allocation.
• Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to address technical challenges.
• Supervise the creation of sample flats and finishing works for tower flats.
• Provide daily progress reports and plan upcoming activities with line management.
• Ensure quality execution following established standard operating procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation such as DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR (Weekly Progress Report), checklists, pour cards, and rosters for concrete pouring.
• Manage and oversee RCC work and technical drawing reviews.
• Estimate bills of quantities and prepare executed work bills.
• Plan and organize resources and materials for efficient project execution.
• Develop and monitor daily schedules to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Essential Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 to 15 years of proven experience in project execution within the realty or construction sector.

✅ Core Competencies

• Expertise in Mivan shuttering techniques and RCC works.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing methods and finishing standards.
• Excellent coordination skills with MEP, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Proficiency in billing certification and work order management.
• Experience in managing project documentation and progress reporting.
