Key Responsibilities
🔹 Digital Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute digitalization strategies to enhance manufacturing processes, automation, and system integration.
- Lead the adoption of IoT, AI, and machine learning to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and operations for seamless digital integration.
🔹 Project Management & Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams for digital transformation projects from pre-commissioning to start-up.
- Prepare project plans, checklists, and procedures aligned with contractual and compliance requirements.
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all digitalization initiatives.
🔹 Technology Integration
- Oversee the implementation of digital tools within existing systems and production workflows.
- Ensure alignment with global HSE standards and L&T’s operational excellence framework.
- Facilitate integration with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and other automation tools.
🔹 Collaboration & Reporting
- Liaise with internal departments and external technology vendors, clients, and contractors.
- Generate reports on progress, outcomes, and metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor mobilization and skill development for digital systems deployment.
Skills & Competencies
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in digital transformation project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, data analytics, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with process engineering, operational readiness, and project planning.
- Hands-on experience in IoT systems, machine learning, and digital platforms.

- Experience with ERP systems like SAP in industrial settings.
- Documentation and SOP development for digital execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional team collaboration.

Qualifications
