Key Responsibilities
🧾 1. Contracts Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, vendor agreements, consultancy and service agreements.
- Ensure contracts align with legal, financial, and project standards.
- Manage contract lifecycle: amendments, renewals, claims, and closures.
- Mitigate legal and commercial risks through proactive contract governance.
📦 2. Strategic Procurement
- Develop procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify and qualify reliable vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage RFQ/RFP cycles, vendor negotiations, and supply chain performance.
- Optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
📑 3. Billing & Quantity Surveying
- Manage contractor billing, subcontractor billing, and client invoicing.
- Validate bills with project progress and contractual terms.
- Oversee cost estimation, budget preparation, and variance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with billing standards (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Produce financial reports, cash flow statements, and cost audits.
🗓️ 4. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Create and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Analyze project slippage, develop recovery schedules, and update timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, finance, and sales teams to align execution.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
📊 5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with legal, finance, site teams, and project managers.
- Maintain ERP and MIS platforms for real-time project control visibility.
- Present periodic performance reports to senior leadership on cost, time, and quality metrics.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management (B.Tech/B.E required)
- MBA/PGDM in Project Management or Contracts (preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12 to 17 years of progressive experience in real estate or construction
- Proven ability to handle contract management, cost control, and procurement for high-value projects
