About the Role
As a Tosca Automation Consultant, you’ll be part of Deloitte’s Quality Engineering (QE) practice focused on SAP testing. You will develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using SAP Tosca to ensure end-to-end quality assurance across various SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
As an SAP Tosca Automation Consultant, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SAP Tosca.
- Analyze business workflows to translate them into test cases.
- Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
- Support defect logging, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
- Create reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
- Continuously optimize testing strategies and execution processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in quality governance initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 1–9 years of hands-on experience with SAP Tosca automation.
- Understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO, etc.).
- Familiarity with SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with automation in CI/CD and DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of test case design techniques, performance tuning, and Tosca optimization.
- Exposure to software versioning, Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Prior consulting experience in BFSI or Manufacturing domains.
