About the Role

Join Deloitte’s Tip-Offs Anonymous team — a service dedicated to managing confidential whistleblower reports for clients across industries. As an Executive, you’ll monitor and manage case inflow, draft reports, and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high ethical standards and reporting accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

As an Executive in Forensic & Financial Crime, you will:

  • Monitor and manage incoming whistleblower complaints via hotline, email, and web portal.
  • Conduct initial reviews and categorize concerns based on severity and nature.
  • Draft detailed reports for internal review and client submission.
  • Create regular dashboards and summaries for client reporting and internal tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow strict data handling protocols.
  • Support onboarding activities for new client accounts.
  • Participate in awareness campaigns and training on whistleblower processes.
  • Assist senior managers with ad-hoc case management and process enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Strong verbal communication, especially in English and Hindi, and one additional Indian regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, or Malayalam).
  • Good listening and analytical skills for assessing sensitive cases.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other standard business applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in call centers, customer support, or case management roles.
  • Exposure to corporate compliance, ethics, or legal documentation is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of forensic investigation or fraud prevention.
