Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SAP PP Consultant at Deloitte, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end SAP PP (Production Planning) implementation projects for global clients.
- Designing and configuring SAP PP solutions including Detailed Scheduling and Integration with SAP QM, MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Collaborating with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP processes.
- Providing expert guidance on SAP PP-PI (Process Industries) functionalities and best practices.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted SAP PP advisor during all project phases.
- Supporting integration efforts with related SAP modules to ensure seamless business process flows.
- Preparing project documentation, functional specifications, and conducting workshops/training sessions.
- Ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Staying updated on SAP PP innovations and industry trends.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Extensive SAP PP functional expertise with a minimum of 6 years in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP-PI module and its integration with SAP QM, MM, SD, and CO.
- Experience working in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP PP issues and optimize production planning processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
- Exposure to global SAP implementations and multinational clients preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Additional SAP PP certifications or training is a plus.
