Key Responsibilities
As an SAP FICO Analyst at Deloitte India, you will:
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and design SAP solutions.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of SAP ERP financial modules.
- Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and support integration with other SAP modules.
- Participate in system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, especially in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful SAP project delivery.
Skills & Competencies
Successful candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and SAP CO modules including configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Understanding of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of SAP technical aspects (ABAP) is a plus.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module configuration and support.
- Prior experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or support projects is preferred.
- Exposure to global financial regulations and accounting standards is an advantage.
