Key Responsibilities

- Strong expertise in building Amazon Connect flows, AWS Lambda services, and Lex chatbot development.
- Proven experience with Java or Node.js development and AWS cloud services.
- Hands-on knowledge of backend frameworks such as Spring, Maven, and Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of database technologies like MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, or AWS RDS.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs within AWS environments.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages including C#, Python, and PHP is a plus.
