Product Strategy & Vision
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align product strategy with technical feasibility.
- Provide insights during product envisioning discussions and help shape technical direction.
Product Design & Development
- Lead low-level design documentation with class diagrams and sequence models.
- Build performant, scalable modules aligned with product objectives.
- Develop POCs for new tools and technologies.
- Ensure high-level design (HLSD) adheres to product goals.
Technical Delivery & Innovation
- Oversee architecture/code reviews and mentor teams on resolving complex issues.
- Promote technical excellence through performance tuning and best practices.
- Drive innovation by participating in tech forums, writing blogs, and publishing whitepapers.
Testing & Quality
- Lead integration testing, resolve bugs across QA, alpha, beta, and post-release patches.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and performance benchmarking.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and associate developers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.
💼 Required Skills
- Strong experience with Temenos T24 – Core Banking Solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in TAFJ, jBase, and T24 Payments modules.
- Deep understanding of TPH (Temenos Payments Hub).
- Experience in Forex, SWIFT, and payment processing systems.
- Ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and complex delivery cycles.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and people management skills.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (Master’s preferred).
