💼 About the Role

As a Deputy Manager – Machine Learning & AI at Deloitte India, you will join the AI & Analytics team within the Tax & Legal practice. This team drives innovation by embedding AI/ML capabilities in internal tools and client solutions. Your mission: build intelligent systems, customize large language models (LLMs), and lead data science projects that make a measurable impact.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into actionable ML/AI implementations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, validation, and modeling using best practices in data engineering.
• Work with LLMs and generative AI to create next-gen solutions across functions.
• Perform A/B testing, evaluate model performance, and iterate with agility.
• Manage the deployment of ML models in production environments using cloud tools.
• Convert mathematical insights into compelling business stories with dashboard tools like Tableau, Streamlit, or Flask.

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Education & Experience

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, OR MBA with AI/Analytics focus.

🔧 Technical Proficiency

• Programming: Python (must-have), Jupyter Notebooks
• ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
