Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Project Execution
- Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning and AI models for various internal and external applications
- Customize large language models (LLMs) for generative AI use cases
- Apply deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and advanced algorithms to solve complex problems
Model Deployment & Engineering
- Deploy ML models in production environments using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Build and optimize data pipelines for data validation, mining, and visualization
- Perform A/B testing and monitor model performance and accuracy
Collaboration & Leadership
- Translate business requirements into ML/AI-driven solutions
- Work cross-functionally with product owners, engineers, and analysts
- Lead product roadmaps, delivery timelines, and technical implementation
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Proficiency with Jupyter Notebooks, Docker, and Git
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and APIs
- Ability to collect, clean, and manipulate structured/unstructured data
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep understanding of data structures, distributed systems, and NLP
- Strong data visualization capabilities (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Streamlit)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- MBA with a focus on AI/Data Science/Analytics
- Experience in generative AI, LLMs, or NLP tools
- Excellent storyboarding and presentation skills to explain complex models
