Key Responsibilities
- Lead IAM support and operations projects across multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP)
- Manage Azure Active Directory, RBAC roles, and resource hierarchies
- Implement and administer AWS IAM policies, including JSON scripting and integration with services like EC2, S3, Lambda
- Oversee GCP IAM controls, policy management, and identity governance
- Handle OCI tenancy models, user lifecycle, dynamic groups, and role assignments
- Utilize Prisma Cloud for workload protection and cloud infrastructure security management
- Drive automation and infrastructure as code for IAM roles using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Define project scope, manage delivery teams, and ensure client satisfaction and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud IAM solutions
- Stay updated on emerging cloud IAM technologies and cybersecurity best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (B.E / B.Tech from Tier 1/2 institutes preferred)
- 4+ years’ experience in cloud platforms with strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Hands-on expertise in Azure IAM, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM
- Experience with cloud security tools such as Prisma Cloud (CSPM, CIEM)
- Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, CLI tools) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) are a plus
Location & Work Environment
- Base in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Mumbai with frequent client site travel
