Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead SAP Finance & Performance consulting projects with a focus on Group Reporting (GR) and Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) solutions
- Assist with SAP EPM implementation, configuration, and testing activities across client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored financial performance reporting solutions
- Conduct detailed data analysis and prepare client deliverables with actionable insights
- Document project workflows, conduct user training sessions, and support change management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and timely project execution
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and contribute to best practices within the SAP EPM and Finance Transformation teams
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in SAP Finance & Performance consulting or related ERP projects (6+ years)
- Hands-on knowledge or coursework in SAP Group Reporting (GR), SAP BPC Consolidation, or similar SAP EPM tools
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP PaPM, or SAP BW is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for client engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid consulting environment
- Demonstrated leadership or technical mentoring experience is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- Advanced degrees or certifications in SAP or Finance Transformation are beneficial
- 6+ years of professional experience in SAP EPM, Finance Transformation, or related consulting roles
