🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP advisory projects including SAP implementation, customization, and integration for various SAP modules and cloud applications
• Review business blueprints and implementation documents to identify design gaps and recommend SAP solutions
• Conduct risk assessments, internal control reviews, and testing of automated SAP controls
• Provide expertise in SAP security, authorization, segregation of duties (SoD), and governance frameworks
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau to deliver actionable insights and enhance SAP reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful SAP deployments and business process improvements
• Drive innovation by leveraging automation tools like UiPath, BluePrism, and analytics platforms for process optimization
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership in SAP advisory practices

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CA, MBA, MCA, B.Tech, or related fields
• 4 to 7+ years of relevant SAP techno-functional experience, preferably in Big 4 consulting firms
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules (MM, FI, SD, PP, PM) and cloud applications (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur)
• SAP product certifications in ECC or S/4 HANA modules highly preferred
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation/analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, UiPath, Blue Prism, SQL, Alteryx is an advantage
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, SAP security, and controls
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel frequently to client locations and work in a hybrid environment

🎓 Qualifications

• CA, MBA, MCA, B.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
• Relevant SAP certifications (ECC, S/4 HANA, GRC) and cloud platform certifications are preferred
