Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments including access controls, change management, and IT operations
- Conduct detailed walkthroughs, perform control testing, and prepare comprehensive audit findings reports
- Perform cybersecurity maturity assessments aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and similar standards
- Assist clients in developing and refining cyber risk management programs and governance models
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, and other cybersecurity mandates
- Manage, mentor, and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to exceed expectations and drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT audits, ITGC reviews, and cybersecurity advisory
- In-depth knowledge of ITGC, SOX compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT
- Strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing client deliverables
