Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders through requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into Oracle-based solutions.
- Assist in configuration and thorough testing to optimize the performance and accuracy of Oracle Manufacturing and Costing functionalities.
- Conduct data migration, validation, and troubleshoot issues during system deployments.
- Provide day-to-day functional support to users, addressing manufacturing and costing-related queries and issues.
- Document system processes, configurations, and solutions for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in training sessions to empower end-users on Oracle Fusion capabilities.
Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing modules.
- Experience with Oracle reporting tools like BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio).
- Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL for effective data extraction, manipulation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Data Model, security architecture, and web services integration (FBDI, ADFDI, HDL).
- Understanding of Fusion reporting tools integration with Excel and Smart View is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (full-time).
- Prior experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or functional support, especially in manufacturing or costing domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing business processes.
