Key Responsibilities
As the SAP SD Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the complete SAP SD module including Sales Order Management, Billing, Credit, Returns, and Debit Note processes.
- Designing, implementing, and testing user exits and enhancements to improve SAP SD functionality.
- Managing integration of SAP SD with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data mapping and rigorous testing.
- Handling insurance claims and reimbursement processes within the SAP ecosystem.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
- Providing expert guidance and mentoring to junior SAP SD consultants and technical teams.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to billing and invoicing.
- Leading client workshops and sessions for solution design and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience (5+ years) as an SAP SD Consultant or Manager with hands-on expertise in Sales & Distribution processes.
- Proven track record with Sales Order Management, Billing, Credit/Debit notes, and Returns.
- Proficient in developing and testing user exits, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of insurance claims processing and reimbursements in SAP SD.
- Ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in hybrid working environments with good adaptability to onsite and remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred; SAP certification is a plus.
