Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Financial Due Diligence, you will:

  • Analyze the target company’s financial performance and business drivers.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and identify key issues or anomalies.
  • Assess the accuracy and completeness of client-provided data.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Evaluate public and private company information to support due diligence insights.
  • Work on diverse cross-border M&A transactions across multiple industries.
  • Assist with client meetings, proposal support, and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver end-to-end FDD services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – first/second attempt preferred.
  • 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in FDD, audit, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis techniques.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP; understanding of IFRS is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business strategy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior exposure to financial due diligence or M&A transactions is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client deliverables.
  • Open to travel as per client requirements.
  • A proactive team player with a growth mindset and a collaborative work style.
