About the Role
As an SAP TM Manager at Deloitte India, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and configuring SAP TM solutions to help clients enhance their logistics and supply chain operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead business-critical SAP TM projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations and rollouts.
- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules: MM, SD, FI, CRM, GTS, P2D, EM.
- Configure and customize business scenarios including:
- LCL, FCL, Multimodal, Milk run
- Dangerous/Hazardous goods handling
- Co-load, Co-existence, Empty pick-up/return
- Manage Freight Order, Forwarding Order, Freight Unit, Freight Booking, etc.
- Handle BRF+ rules, charge types, master data (transportation lane, zone, vehicle, etc.).
- Lead planning, execution, and settlement of transport operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP TM capabilities with business goals.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP TM configuration and customization
- Deep understanding of logistics and transportation planning
- Working knowledge of Freight Settlement and Charge Calculation
- Familiarity with Carrier Selection, Tendering, and Manual Planning
- Experience with transportation master data setup
- Excellent team management and stakeholder communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from a reputed institution
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP TM implementations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Open to travel as per project needs
