Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences by conducting user research, persona creation, storyboarding, wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Apply and maintain the company’s design system to create consistent UI/UX across multiple digital products.
- Participate actively in design sprints, collaborative workshops, and team brainstorming sessions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Craft compelling creative decks and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and adhere to UX best practices.
- Advocate for the user by integrating feedback and research insights into iterative design improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably within digital product teams.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create and present engaging design portfolios showcasing successful UI/UX projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
