Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for OT environments.
- Lead and manage OT security incident response including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Design and implement secure OT systems incorporating network segmentation and robust security controls.
- Collaborate effectively with plant managers, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align OT security with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver OT-specific cybersecurity training and awareness programs for client teams.
- Mentor junior team members in OT security best practices and incident handling.
- Support senior leaders in creating thought leadership and market materials promoting Deloitte’s Cyber and OT/ICS security offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in Operational Technology (OT) security, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security, or related cybersecurity fields.
- Proficient in risk management, security incident handling, vulnerability assessment, and network segmentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client locations.
- Proven leadership skills with a mentoring mindset.
