🔍 Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Network Security Manager, you will:
🚀 Program & Product Management
- Lead and manage programs/products related to Network Security
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and risk controls
🔐 Network Security Oversight
- Oversee tools such as firewalls, proxies, NAC (Network Access Control), and related security systems
- Ensure secure configuration and policy enforcement
- Drive the implementation of network protection strategies
📊 Data-Driven Decision Making
- Perform root cause analysis and derive actionable outcomes
- Track KPIs and metrics to assess network security health
- Propose automation and efficiency improvements
👥 Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage third-party vendors for delivery quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Present updates and communicate risk factors to senior leadership
💡 Governance & Communication
- Lead change advisory boards and cyber governance forums
- Distribute structured communications and security updates to relevant teams
🧑🏫 Mentorship & Culture Building
- Mentor junior professionals in the cybersecurity team
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
🧠 Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10+ years of experience in network security and cyber risk management
- Hands-on expertise in firewalls, proxies, network security tools
