🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle GRC, you will:
🔐 Oracle Cloud Security & Compliance
- Design and implement security roles for Oracle Cloud ERP modules (AP, PO, AR, GL, FA).
- Manage User Lifecycle, SoD analysis, and Risk Assessment processes.
- Work with Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Talent.
🛡️ Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Implement Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct SoD Rule Set assessments and identify policy violations.
- Recommend and implement mitigation strategies to reduce business risk.
🧠 Technical Expertise & Collaboration
- Apply expertise in Oracle security best practices across On-Premise and Cloud platforms.
- Work collaboratively with business process owners to integrate security controls.
- Document procedures, maintain compliance artifacts, and deliver audit-ready solutions.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in IT Security, Risk, or GRC domains
- At least 2 years working with Oracle Cloud GRC and Oracle EBS Security
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and user access control
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including AFC and SoD rules
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM Security (Time, Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP business processes and automated controls
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Certified in Oracle Risk Management Cloud
- Experience with AACG, PCG, CCG, TCG (Oracle GRC suite)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Security knowledge
- Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and regulatory compliance frameworks

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred (GRC or Security)
