💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Flutter Developer/Consultant, you will:
📱 App Development & Architecture
- Design and develop robust Flutter applications for iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop.
- Apply Clean Architecture, MVVM, or MVC principles to build scalable codebases.
- Structure apps using state management tools such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX.
🎨 UI/UX & Animation
- Build pixel-perfect user interfaces using Flutter’s widget tree and layout system.
- Implement responsive designs for multiple screen sizes and orientations.
- Integrate complex animations and transitions for a polished user experience.
🔧 Testing & Optimization
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Debug and optimize app performance across devices and platforms.
- Maintain and refactor codebase for readability and maintainability.
🔌 Platform Integration
- Use Platform Channels to access native Android/iOS features.
- Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and Firebase services.
🤝 Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: UX designers, DevOps, backend engineers.
- Maintain documentation for features, workflows, and deployment procedures.
🛠️ Skills and Technologies
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Flutter & Dart programming (2–5 years)
- State management tools: BLoC, Provider, GetX, Riverpod
- UI development with responsive/adaptive layouts
- Flutter animation library, custom tweening
- REST API integration, JSON serialization
- Git & version control systems
- Debugging and performance optimization
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Navigator 2.0 and routing libraries
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

🎓 Qualifications
