🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) line setup and validate production for generators and converters.
• Perform detailed self-inspections and ensure compliance with blueprints, drawings, and quality standards.
• Operate heavy machinery including cranes and Maini equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply hands-on expertise in coil manufacturing, winding, electrical connections, motor, and alternator assembly.
• Conduct brazing operations using torch, carbon, or induction methods.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and 5S.
• Handle, measure, and mix chemicals following precise operating procedures.
• Prepare critical documentation including Lift Plans, Management of Change (MOC), EHS Risk Assessments (EHSRA), Heat Maps, and Safety of Design (SOD).
• Comply fully with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and actively participate in plant safety programs.
• Foster a clean, organized, and efficient work environment using Lean manufacturing principles.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing, preferably in coil manufacturing, motor assembly, or electrical components.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, rotor assembly, fuel assembly, and balancing critical assemblies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
• Solid understanding and implementation of EHS compliance and safety practices.
• Ability to use various digital tools for process monitoring and documentation.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques, including Kaizen and 5S workplace management.
• Strong documentation skills related to Lift Plans, MOC, EHSRA, Heat Maps, and Safety of Design.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment.
• Proactive attitude towards quality assurance and process improvements.
