Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed Teamcenter functional specifications and workflows.
• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules including BOM management, change management, document management, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom extensions and integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, functional specs, and user manuals.
• Provide functional support during implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment phases.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare training materials for smooth system adoption.
• Work alongside developers and administrators to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Siemens Teamcenter releases and enhancements, recommending process improvements and best practices.
• Support post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven 3-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter modules: BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Workflow Configuration.
• Experience with CAD integration tools such as NX, SolidWorks, CATIA with Teamcenter.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and functional consulting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Exposure to scripting and configuration tools used in Teamcenter is a plus.
