Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM, you will:
- Lead 4+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Configure and deploy Absence Management including:
- Absence Types, Plans, Accrual Logic
- Validations, Restrictions, and Approval Workflows
- Implement and optimize OTL (Oracle Time and Labor):
- Timecard Layouts, Processing Profiles, Approval Workflows
- Perform requirement gathering, solution design, and client workshops.
- Customize Oracle pages and develop complex Fast Formulas for Absence & OTL.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and drive improvements.
- Provide post-go-live support and conduct end-user training.
- Collaborate with client HR teams to optimize system usage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM, with strong domain knowledge in Absence and OTL modules.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Core HR
- Page personalization and UI customization
- Oracle Fast Formulas for business logic
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
- Ability to lead client demos, workshops, testing, and go-live activities.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, and integrations with LinkedIn or virtual learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Absence and/or OTL modules.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
