🎯 Primary Responsibilities

• Support digital PODs developing technology solutions to enable multi-channel campaigns using enterprise commerce, marketing, and subscription management tools.
• Analyze, document, and refine workflows, business rules, and data enrichment processes.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and advise on solution scope and continuous operational improvement.
• Develop deep knowledge of client business processes to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT partners to define technical and business requirements.
• Communicate operational issues to business stakeholders and track resolution progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including scrum calls, backlog refinements, sprint reviews.
• Lead change management activities including “train the trainer” sessions and knowledge transfer for IT support teams.

✅ Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience supporting enterprise-level engineering and Salesforce consulting teams.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce, Copado, or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, including demand prioritization, sprint planning, and execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience working with global, multicultural, and cross-time zone teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
