Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly classroom training sessions on Voice and Accent, Language, and Communication skills.
- Conduct floor support activities such as daily audits, live feedback, and performance tracking.
- Partner with operations and business teams to meet performance improvement targets.
- Track and report training effectiveness through measurable KPIs and post-training evaluations.
- Conduct communication skills assessments during the new hire interview process.
- Maintain regular engagement with floor teams and trainees to ensure continued development.
- Collaborate on content development projects to enhance the quality and relevance of training material.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in facilitation and training delivery (especially in BPO/ITeS environments)
- Strong coaching and feedback techniques for adult learners
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking training metrics and performance data
- Experience in content creation and/or instructional design (preferred but not required)
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and interpersonal skills to work across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training or BPO training roles
- Prior experience delivering training in voice, accent, and communication skills is essential
- Exposure to content development or instructional design is a strong plus
