Responsibilities of Senior HR Business Partner
- Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leaders to execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Provide expert consultation on people strategies including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to managers and team leads, enhancing leadership capabilities across teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of Learning & Development (L&D) and leadership development programs tailored for local needs.
- Manage recruitment processes, including participation in final round interviews, ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Oversee and execute key HR projects such as performance reviews, career conversations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle HR operations with a focus on employee lifecycle management, including terminations with HR coordinator support.
- Drive continuous improvement in employee experience and engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Strong expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with senior leadership and employees.
- Proven track record of delivering proactive people management solutions and organizational change.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving abilities with pragmatic decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple HR projects and priorities with a results-driven mindset.
