🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive – M&A Regulatory, you will:
- Manage end-to-end Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) setup and compliance, including Domestic and IFSC GIFT City structures.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with SEBI regulations, Fund Management Regulations, FEMA, and FVCI norms.
- Oversee regulatory filings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and other relevant operational matters.
- Handle corporate restructuring projects such as mergers, demergers, and reconstructions via NCLT.
- Collaborate on due diligence, health checks, and risk assessments for M&A transactions.
- Maintain compliance with NBFC regulations, RBI laws, Payment laws, and Securities regulations.
- Manage secretarial compliances and ensure timely corporate filings.
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks: SEBI, FEMA, AIFs, FVCIs.
- In-depth understanding of corporate law, compliance protocols, and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with NCLT proceedings and M&A transactional workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking, leadership traits, and a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance and governance.
🎓 Qualifications
- Educational Background: CS / LLB / LLM (mandatory)
- Experience: 3–5 years in M&A regulatory, corporate law, or tax advisory
- Candidates with exposure to financial services regulations (NBFC, RBI, SEBI) preferred
