🧾 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Team Lead – RTR, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes in alignment with IFRS and internal frameworks.
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for A2R processes such as:
    • Intercompany accounting (ICM)
    • Banking
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Fixed assets and lease accounting
  • Coordinating internal and external audit compliance and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Delivering accurate monthly reporting and management reports.
  • Supporting ERP integration and assisting with new business models or mergers.
  • Leading process improvements, digital transformation, and best practices sharing.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and acting as the key liaison for entity leads.

🧠 Required Skills & Expertise

  • Expertise in Record to Report (RTR) and Account to Report (A2R) processes.
  • Advanced understanding of:
    • IFRS standards
    • Group reporting requirements
    • Month-end and year-end closing
  • Proficiency in SAP BFC, S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process transformation.
  • Clear, structured communication skills (written and verbal).
