Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you will:
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Lead 3–4 full-cycle Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and client-facing interactions.
- Guide teams in solution design, user stories, and requirement gathering.
- Manage integration with third-party platforms and custom APIs.
- Conduct demos, workshops, and technical discussions with business stakeholders.
- Apply best practices across Salesforce architecture, security, and performance.
- Create and maintain all relevant project documentation (e.g., system design docs, use cases, test plans, training materials).
Skills & Expertise
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Familiarity with Heroku or e-commerce platforms (preferred).
- Strong grasp of Salesforce project lifecycle and agile delivery models.
- Ability to estimate effort, create scalable architectures, and solve technical problems.
- Team leadership experience on large Salesforce projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute.
- 6–7 years of total experience with 3+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Prior experience in client management, solutioning, and technical delivery.
- Willingness to travel for short or long-term engagements, if required.
