Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will:
- Lead Salesforce solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Drive end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
- Manage client engagements and act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce architecture.
- Deliver workshops, demos, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into system functionality and provide effort estimates.
- Mentor and manage junior consultants and cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of project milestones.
- Apply Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and compliance guidelines.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, custom development, and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Heroku, Commerce Cloud, or Industry Cloud (preferred).
- Ability to lead client meetings, solution design, and implementation workshops.
- Strong understanding of Force.com platform, workflows, triggers, and automation tools.
- Experience in preparing system design docs, test plans, use cases, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce projects and consulting environments.
- At least 3–4 full-cycle Salesforce implementation projects completed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel (short and long-term assignments).
- Team leadership experience on recent Salesforce engagements.
