Key Responsibilities
As Associate Director – HR Transformation, your leadership will span strategy, sales, delivery, and innovation in HR transformation initiatives:
- Lead HR Advisory Projects: Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR process transformation, digital HR solutions, and tech-enabled operating models across industries.
- Drive Business Development: Own the sales lifecycle – from opportunity identification and bids/tenders to client presentations and contract negotiations.
- Technology Strategy: Architect multi-platform HR technology landscapes to maximize ROI and enhance digital employee experiences.
- Process Optimization: Align HR strategies with operational goals using data-driven insights and automation.
- Cross-Industry Consulting: Deliver tailored HR solutions for clients in sectors like Technology, Media, Telecom, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build lasting client relationships while managing project teams and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and ISO audit standards.
Required Skills & Expertise
You should bring a unique blend of consulting expertise, leadership, and technical understanding:
- Proven experience in HR transformation consulting, HR technology architecture, and digital HR implementation
- Strong understanding of HR value chains, process design, and change management
- Expertise in multi-platform HRIS ecosystems like SAP, Workday, Oracle, or custom-built systems
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, sales pipelines, and client delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data-driven HR models
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience building diverse, high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree / MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within HR Advisory or Consulting
- Experience in enterprise consulting environments (Big 4, MNCs, or leading HR tech firms)
- Certification in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is a plus
