Summary

Deloitte India is hiring a Director – HR Transformation in Bengaluru, an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional to lead strategic human capital transformation initiatives. This role blends product management, AI-powered digital transformation, and HR advisory in one of the most dynamic and future-focused divisions. As part of Deloitte’s Advisory team, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders to deliver intelligent, scalable HR tech solutions, and guide enterprise clients through large-scale workforce transformation using AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

As Director – HR Transformation, your responsibilities include:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the roadmap for AI-powered HR transformation products aligned to enterprise objectives.
• AI Integration: Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs, diffusion models, and Agentic AI into digital HR solutions.
• Hands-On Technical Collaboration: Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and contribute to prototyping using Python, Node.js, and cloud services.
• Agile Leadership: Manage product sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI features.
• Customer-Centric Development: Drive iterative product improvements using client feedback, analytics, and market trends.
• Prototyping & Experimentation: Lead the development of AI features through prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and testing frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering, HR, business, and design teams to drive seamless integration of tech-enabled HR services.
• Bid & Proposal Ownership: Lead end-to-end bid processes, tender documentation, and executive presentations for HR transformation opportunities.
• Commercial Leadership: Manage budgets, negotiations, and high-stakes client deliverables.

Essential Skills & Competencies

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Expertise in product management, especially in digital transformation and AI product development
• Strong foundation in software engineering with hands-on experience in Node.js, Python, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, transformers, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI evaluation metrics, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Creativity in solving complex HR and organizational challenges using innovative tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 9–12 years of total experience, with at least 3–4 years in product management and prior experience in software engineering
• Experience working with large-scale transformation projects in enterprise environments
• Prior consulting or leadership experience in Advisory, Digital HR, or Tech-Driven HR Initiatives is highly preferred
