🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, ship, and transact vehicle parts inventory efficiently to support service operations.
- Accurately record parts orders and inventory data into the Dealer Management System with high attention to detail.
- Conduct parts transactions using DMS and guide customers through order details, providing clear summaries.
- Identify and escalate packaging or shipping issues to internal or external suppliers for prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of parts-related time, expenses, and materials.
- Communicate estimated shipping and arrival times, keeping customers updated regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure full satisfaction with parts orders and service.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service center.
- Manage multiple priorities, organize workload effectively, and meet critical deadlines.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, repair, and servicing techniques.
- Familiarity with automotive equipment servicing methods and dealer business processes.
- Proficient in Dealer Management Systems (DMS), SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1-3 years automotive industry experience; 2-5 years in material service or parts distribution preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in line with Tesla’s standards.
