Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team across locations.
- Oversee application and package deployments using SCCM, Intune, and Munki.
- Monitor package replication, deployment health, and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
- Manage collections and deployment groups within SCCM and Intune.
- Collaborate with Deployment Managers, Product Managers, and Transition Managers to support project rollouts.
- Identify deployment issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and implement solutions.
- Oversee operational support for Autopilot, application bundles, and modern provisioning.
- Ensure robust documentation and version control for software rollouts.
Analytical & Decision-Making Responsibilities
- Make informed decisions using ITIL standards and structured problem-solving methods.
- Balance project deadlines with quality and efficiency in enterprise deployments.
- Select and use the most effective tools and processes based on business and technical needs.
- Recommend improvements to reduce risk and improve automation in deployment workflows.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong expertise in SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Munki, Autopilot, and Nexthink.
- Good understanding of Infrastructure Engineering, IT Operations, and system integration.
- Proficient in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level).
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and project coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot management, with team leadership responsibilities.
- Prior experience in professional services or enterprise IT environments is a plus.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or ITIL Foundation are preferred but not mandatory.
