Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute software deployments, packages, and applications across SCCM, Intune, and Munki platforms as per business requests.
- Create and manage collections and user groups within SCCM and Intune environments.
- Monitor deployment health, package replication status, and overall system performance.
- Run detailed reports and perform regular cleanup tasks to maintain system integrity.
- Publish and manage software releases in Windows and Mac stores.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Deployment Managers, Transition Managers, and Service Owners to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures by coordinating with Packaging teams, Product Managers, and Service Desk.
- Provide operational support for Autopilot and application bundles.
- Maintain strong partnerships with infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve issues in SCCM and Intune environments.
Essential Skills & Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Munki, Nexthink, and Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with Operations and Infrastructure Engineering within enterprise environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow ticketing and incident management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software deployment using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Prior experience in professional services or large enterprise environments preferred.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) and ITIL Foundation certification are advantages but not mandatory.
