💼 Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Business Insights

• Publish daily dashboards tracking Budget vs Actuals vs LY by OEM/location/category/SKU.
• Provide actionable financial insights to the Regional Business Team.
• Drive zero-overdue targets through proactive follow-ups and collections reporting.

OEM Account Management

• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations for Top 10 and other OEM accounts.
• Monitor GRNs against invoices and ensure accurate billing and GST compliance.

Collection Forecasting & Analysis

• Forecast collections based on outstanding balances and credit periods.
• Ensure >95% accuracy in collection forecasting and monitor forecast vs actuals.

Sales & Billing Support

• Guide the Center of Excellence – Billing team to ensure 100% timely and accurate billing.
• Manage accruals and credit/debit note provisions aligned with OEM sales targets.
• Coordinate with OEMs for Purchase Order revisions and update pricing in SAP within 24 hours.

Inventory & Logistics Oversight

• Conduct visits to JIT Warehouses to monitor operations and prevent detention costs.
• Develop liquidation plans for aged stock in collaboration with OEM, supply chain, and sales.

Stakeholder Engagement & VOC Analysis

• Conduct quarterly VOC meetings with top OEMs across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sourcing.
• Translate VOC insights into process improvement initiatives.

Technology & IT Integration

• Liaise with the Apollo IT team to develop and deploy OEM-specific solutions.

MIS & Sales Team Support

• Deliver structured and ad hoc reports to support strategic decisions for the OEM sales team.

🤝 Stakeholder Management

• Internal Stakeholders: OEM Business Team, Supply Chain, Billing CoE, Sales, Marketing, Tax, IT, Accounts.
• External Stakeholders: OEM Finance & Supply Chain teams, Logistics Partners, Transporters, Liaison Agents.

🔧 Required Skills

• Analytical & Financial Acumen – Strong command over numbers, data interpretation, and financial metrics.
• Collaboration & Communication – Effective engagement with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Initiative & Adaptability – Proactive mindset to drive improvements and handle dynamic business needs.
• System Proficiency – Expertise in SAP, Excel, MIS reporting tools, and financial modeling.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Finance (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Business Finance, preferably in Automotive or Auto-ancillary sectors
