Key Responsibilities
As a PM/BA Consultant, you will:
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee software development teams (10+ members) ensuring timely outcomes.
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and team productivity.
- Analyze requirements and convert business needs into technical specs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, QA, design, and content.
- Manage third-party vendors and internal stakeholders for cloud or infrastructure projects.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance across all phases.
- Deliver clear progress reports and escalate issues where needed.
- Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and innovation.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe.
- Advanced use of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Solid understanding of SDLC – planning to implementation.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade cloud, microservices, or DevOps projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
- 10+ years in IT; 5+ years managing large, complex projects.
- Hands-on experience with change requests, service requests, and KPI tracking.
- History of driving project metrics, budget adherence, and successful delivery.
- Leadership in cross-matrixed teams and multi-tech stack environments.
- Prior experience in performance management of self and team members.
