Key Responsibilities

As the Technical Product Manager – Associate Director, you will:

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate technologies like Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead and participate in technical architecture reviews, code discussions, and backend prototyping (Node.js, Python).
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear user stories and specifications.
• Oversee rapid prototyping including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and fine-tuning AI models.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to ensure solution quality.
• Manage Agile delivery cycles, sprints, and backlog prioritization for timely feature delivery.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and usage analytics to guide product iterations.
• Contribute to bid/tender documentation and support sales teams with strategic client solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 9–12 years of total experience, including 3–4 years in product management.
• Strong foundation in Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including transformers, vector databases, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
• Skilled in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluating AI effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to bid development, client engagement, and commercial negotiations is a plus.
