Our cross-functional teams consist of product managers, designers, front-end engineers, backend developers, quality engineers, and data scientists—all working collaboratively to transform how Deloitte operates.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior UI/Web Developer, your day-to-day will include:
- Developing scalable, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript
- Collaborating with designers, product owners, and backend teams
- Optimizing front-end performance using best practices
- Writing unit and integration tests using Jest or React Testing Library
- Maintaining clean, version-controlled code using Git
- Ensuring mobile-first design principles are followed
- Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern front-end frameworks
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices
- Attention to UI/UX detail and user-centered development
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous experience in hybrid or enterprise-grade web development projects
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
